Our story begins when PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk started its first milestone in property by developing HARRIS Hotel Tuban - Bali in 2002. At that time, we had foresight about shifting consumer behaviors on travel lifestyle and soon focused on specified property such as hoteliers, shopping centers and apartments. We continue to find ideas and
concepts based on innovation and creativity in presenting iconic lifestyle destination in every location.
PT Indonesian Paradise Property carry forward with the next milestone. The company through its subsidiary company PT Indonesian Paradise Island later developed Sahid Kuta Lifestyle Resort area, included beachwalk Shopping Center and Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort in 2012. Our business position as a mixed-use property developer is strengthen after making
an acquisition of PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk in 2015.
At the beginning of 2017, in collaboration with BINUS Bandung, we officially inaugurated 23 Paskal Shopping Center through PT Mitra Perdana Nuansa, one of our subsidiary company. Other than a shopping center, this iconic mixed-use development is functioned as a community hub and giving a positive contribution for Bandung City.
PT Segara Biru Kencana is the subsidiary of PT Karsa Citra Unggul which plans to develop pop HARRIS Sanur – Bali.
PT Kega Property Utama is the subsidiary company of PT Karsa Citra Unggul owns pop HARRIS Yogya, a two star hotel with 170 rooms. The hotel is located at Jalan AM. Sangaji No. 10 Yogyakarta, in a very strategic location, 10 minutes drives from Laskda Adi Sucipto Airport and 5 minutes walk from Malioboro. The hotel will be opened by end of 2011.

PT Karsa Citra Unggul is the subsidiary company which plans to build pop HARRIS Manado, a two star hotel located on Jalan Boulevard, Manado. Its subsidiaries companies are PT Kega Property Utama, and PT Segara Biru Kencana.
PT Eka Ilalang Suryadinamika is a joint venture company between PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk and Sentul City Group own a landbank in Sentul, Bogor, West Java. In this location, the Company plans to develop HARRIS resort Sentul – Bogor with 180 rooms and a number of four-star hotel facilities.
PT Omega Propertindo is a subsidiary company of PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk owns and manages Wisma Milenia, a 10 floors office building, located in Jalan MT. Haryono, Jakarta
