Our story begins when PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk started its first milestone in property by developing HARRIS Hotel Tuban - Bali in 2002. At that time, we had foresight about shifting consumer behaviors on travel lifestyle and soon focused on specified property such as hoteliers, shopping centers and apartments. PT Indonesian Paradise Property carry forward with the next milestone. The company through its subsidiary company PT Indonesian Paradise Island later developed Sahid Kuta Lifestyle Resort area, included beachwalk Shopping Center and Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort in 2012. Our business position as a mixed-use property developer is strengthen after making
an acquisition of PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk in 2015.
At the beginning of 2017, in collaboration with BINUS Bandung, we officially inaugurated 23 Paskal Shopping Center through PT Mitra Perdana Nuansa, one of our subsidiary company. Other than a shopping center, this iconic mixed-use development is functioned as a community hub and giving a positive contribution for Bandung City.

He began his career as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen, Jakarta in 1989 before holding several managerial positions in finance at KPMG, Ernst and Young, and Deloitte Touche. His last position was a Partner at the Management Consultant and Financial Advisory Services, Prijohandojo, Boentoro & Co. (PB&Co), before establishing Helios Capital.
He was appointed as the Independent Commissioner of PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (“Company”) for the first time based on the Deed of Statement of Meeting Resolution No. 144 date 12 June 2015, drawn up by Dr. Irawan Soerodjo, Sh., Msi., Notary in Jakarta. He was then appointed as the Company’s President Commissioner based on the Deed of Statement of Meeting Resolution of the Company No. 161 dated 18 July 2019, drawn up by Christina Dwi Utami,SH.,M.HUM.,M.KN, Notary in Jakarta, with Letter of Notification of Data Change No. AHU-AH.01.03-0300503 dated 19 July 2019.
In addition to serving as the Company’s President Commissioner, he currently serves as the Head of Audit Committee of the Company (since May 2015), the Independent Commissioner of PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk, the Independent Commisisioner & Chairman of Audit Committee at PT Multipolar Tbk, the Independent Commissioner & Chairman of Audit
Committee at PT Sekar Bumi Tbk, Managing Partner at Helios Capital with a specialization in Corporate Finance, and lecturer of Strategic Management at the Faculty of Economics of Tarumanagara University.
Indonesian citizen, born in Ujung Pandang on 4 July 1975 and based in Jakarta. Started her career as an Associate at Arie S. Hutagalung & Partner, Law Firm in Jakarta.
Prior to joining the company, she served as Senior Corporate Legal at PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk since 2012-2017, Senior Associate at Makes & Partners Law Firm 2008 – 2012, and Corporate Legal at PT Lafarge Cement Indonesia in 2004 – 2008.
Ispandiati Makmur was educated at the Faculty of Law of the University of Indonesia. Appointed as Corporate Secretary on 12 June 2017 based on the decree of the Board of Directors No. 002/SKD-INPP/VI/2017 succeeded Diana Solaiman.
