History
Our story begins when PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk started its first milestone in property by developing HARRIS Hotel Tuban - Bali in 2002. At that time, we had foresight about shifting consumer behaviors on travel lifestyle and soon focused on specified property such as hoteliers, shopping centers and apartments. We continue to find ideas and
concepts based on innovation and creativity in presenting iconic lifestyle destination in every location.
PT Indonesian Paradise Property carry forward with the next milestone. The company through its subsidiary company PT Indonesian Paradise Island later developed Sahid Kuta Lifestyle Resort area, included beachwalk Shopping Center and Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort in 2012. Our business position as a mixed-use property developer is strengthen after making
an acquisition of PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk in 2015.
At the beginning of 2017, in collaboration with BINUS Bandung, we officially inaugurated 23 Paskal Shopping Center through PT Mitra Perdana Nuansa, one of our subsidiary company. Other than a shopping center, this iconic mixed-use development is functioned as a community hub and giving a positive contribution for Bandung City.
President Director
Indonesia citizen, born on 24 April 1984 and domiciled in Jakarta.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and accounting from Georgetown University, Washington D.C., USA. Prior to his current position, he served as Vice President of PT Principia Management Group in 2008-2015, Vice President of Business Development at PT Cardig Air in 2008-2015, director of PT Nusantara Steelmills Indonesia in 2012-2015, Associate at Altus Shipping & Logistics Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) year 2011-2013, director of PT Gorda Prima Steelworks in 2012-2015, as well as director of PT Sitasa Energi year 2013-2015. Currently, he also serves as the Deputy President Director of PT Plaza Indonesia Realty TBK pursuant to the second annual GMS on 10 June 2019.
Previously, he served as Vice President Director of the company since 2016. He is also a member of the BOC and BOD for several subsidiaries of the company, namely commissioner of PT Aneka Bina Lestari and PT Indonesian Paradise Island, director of PT Segara Biru Kencana, PT Padma Suasa, PT Paloma Suasa Manajemen, PT Karsa Citra Unggul, pt Mitra Perdana Nuansa, PT Indonesia Gemilang Mahasentosa and PT Praba Kumala Sajati, and served as President Director of PT Retzan Indonusa, PT Adhitama Citra Selaras, and PT Plaza Indonesia Mandiri.

Indonesian citizen, born in Banjarmasin on January 9, 1959 and domiciled in Jakarta.
He received his Master of Science in Architecture from Delft Technical University, Netherlands in 1986. In the period of years 1989 – 2000 worked as an architect at Atelier 6 Group, Jakarta and Project Coordinator Lippo City Development, Jakarta; Ometraco Realty, Jakarta; and Bentala Sanggrahan Group, Jakarta. Since 1999 he has served as a director in various companies under The Paradise Group.
First appointed as the director of the company based on the deed of statement of meeting Decree No. 1 dated 1 June 2005. It was later reappointed as director pursuant to the deed of meeting decree No. 161, dated 18 July 2019. He is also a director for several subsidiaries of the company, namely PT Anugerah Nusaraya, PT Indonesian Paradise Island and PT Kega Property Utama, as well as commissioner of PT Adhitama Citra Selaras

He earned a bachelor’s degree from Petra Christian University in Surabaya in 1985. He started his career in 1980 to 1985 at the Cat Sinar Harapan Jaya Factory as a production Manager. He worked at PT Animo Sarana as a director from 1985 to 1991, and from 1995 to 2017 to pursue a career in PT Multicipta Permai Wirasta, PT Metropolitan Lingga Jaya, PT Pacific Metrorealty, Jakarta Steel Group, PT Binareksa Ekajaya, PT Manunggal Wiratama, PT Pacific Metrorealty and Pakuwon Group. Prior to joining the company he worked at PT Acset Indonusa Tbk. For 5 years, from 2012 to 2017 years. In 2017 he joined the company as the Chief Project Construction & Property Audit.

Earned a Master of Management degree from the Faculty of Economics, Tarumanegara University in 2004. Started her career in 2001-2003 as a Consultant in the Corporate Finance Division at PT Moores Rowland Indonesia then in 2003 - 2004 as Loan Officer at PT Bank Woori Indonesia. In 2004-2008 joined PT Grant Thornton Hendrawinata with the last position as Senior Consultant in the Corporate Division Finance. In the period 2008-2013 joined OMNI Hospitals Group with the last position as Executive Advisor to CEO and Corporate Secretary later in 2000. 2013-2014 joined PT Mitra Komunikasi Nusantara as VP Finance, Accounting & Tax. In 2014-2020 re-joined OMNI Hospitals Group with the last position As Chief Financial Officer. In August-October 2020 as Finance Director at PT Satyamitra Surya Perkasa. Joined the Company in October 2021 as Chief Financial Officer.

Indonesian citizen, born in Pematangsiantar on 23 February 1941 and now domiciled in Jakarta.
He attended the National Military Academy in 1961-1964. In 1976-1977 was educated at SESKOAD, then studied at the SESKOGAB in 1981. In 1987 he attended LEMHANAS, and in 1992 completed his education at Defense Resources Management Course (DRMC). He started his career in 1965 in the military with the last rank of Major General TNI until the year 1997. In 1994-1995 he served as coordinator of the ABRI Commander expert staff. Year 1995-1997 served as vice chairman of the TNI DPR RI Coordinator General field.
Previously, he served as president Commissioner concurrently independent Commissioner of the company in 2004-2019 and became President Director of the company in 2019-2020.

His last position was a Partner at the Management Consultant and Financial Advisory Services, Prijohandojo, Boentoro & Co. (PB&Co), before establishing Helios Capital.
He was appointed as the Independent Commissioner of PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (“Company”) for the first time based on the Deed of Statement of Meeting Resolution No. 144 date 12 June 2015, drawn up by Dr. Irawan Soerodjo, Sh., Msi., Notary in Jakarta. He was then appointed as the Company’s President Commissioner based on the Deed of Statement of Meeting Resolution of the Company No. 161 dated 18 July 2019, drawn up by Christina Dwi Utami,SH.,M.HUM.,M.KN, Notary in Jakarta, with Letter of Notification of Data Change No. AHU-AH.01.03-0300503 dated 19 July 2019.
In addition to serving as the Company’s President Commissioner, he currently serves as the Head of Audit Committee of the Company (since May 2015), the Independent Commissioner of PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk, the Independent Commisisioner & Chairman of Audit Committee at PT Multipolar Tbk, the Independent Commissioner & Chairman of Audit

In 1992-1996, he served as a Director at PT Budi Acid Jaya Tbk and in 1996-2000 he served as the President Director of PT Ometraco Corporation Tbk. Since 2000, he has been serving as a member of Board of Directors of the subsidiaries of The Paradise Group,
He was appointed as the President Director of PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (“Company”) in 2005 with tenure of up to 2019. He was then appointed as the Vice President Commissioner of the Company based on the Deed of Statement of Meeting Resolution of the Company No. 161 dated 18 July 2019, drawn up by Christina Dwi Utami,SH.,M.HUM.,M.KN, Notary in Jakarta, with Letter of Notification of Data Change No. AHU-AH.01.03-0300503 dated 19 July 2019.

She started her career in 2004-2005 as Marketing at Starbucks, Jakarta; Phelps Group, Santa Monica, CA; and World Harvest, Arcadia, CA. Year 2006-2007 worked at Merril Lynch, Global Private Wealth Management, Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. In 2007-2008, she held a position as Business Analyst at A.T. Kearney Consultants, Jakarta.
First appointed as a commissioner of the company based on the deed of statement of meeting Decree No. 75 dated 25 May 2010. Then reappointed as a commissioner pursuant to the Deed of Decree of meeting decision No. 161 dated 18 July 2019. Since 2014 she has been the Chief Executive Officer of PT Pop Properti Indonesia engaged in the property’s retail management. Currently she also serves as the Deputy president Commissioner of PT Plaza Indonesia Realty TBK based on the second annual general meeting of Shareholders on June 10, 2019.

In 1979-1990 served as Operation Manager of PT Schlumberger Geophysics Nusantara and Senior Manager of PT Ometraco Realty in 1990-1997. Year 1998-2004 serves as director of PT Inti Insan Santosa. The year 2001-2004 served as President Director of PT Marina City Development, and in 2004-2014 served as President Director of PT Senimba Bay Resort (formerly PT Marina City Development). From 2000 until now he served as commissioner of PT Sinar Harapan Persada.

Sukidi earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) at Ohio University (2004), a Master of Theological Studies (M.T.S.) at Harvard Divinity School, Harvard University, (2006), and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) at The Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, Harvard University, (2019).

Ispandiati Makmur was educated at the Faculty of Law of the University of Indonesia. Appointed as Corporate Secretary on 12 June 2017 based on the decree of the Board of Directors No. 002/SKD-INPP/VI/2017 succeeded Diana Solaiman.
